We will not issue refunds for items to which you simply arent satisfied or changed your mind on or any order mess up on your part. As a small business we can't afford to offer such service.

It is the BUYERS responsibly to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charged to and from us.

If you need to refund an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
